Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This page explains, in plain language, how The Quiet Scribe handles information. It covers this website and the publishing tool we use to post our own videos to our own YouTube channel and Instagram account.
Who we are
The Quiet Scribe is a small independent project run by Gabe Azoulay. You can reach us at gabe@thequietai.com.
Our connection to Google and YouTube
We use a private tool, which we call the Scribe, to upload videos, thumbnails and captions to our own YouTube channel, and to edit the titles and descriptions of our own videos. To do this it asks for permission to manage our own YouTube account.
- It is used only with our own account. It is not offered to the public and does not ask other people to sign in.
- It does not read, collect or store information about other people's Google or YouTube accounts.
- The sign-in credentials are kept on our own computer, in a file that only we can read. We do not share them.
- We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This website
If you send us a message or sign up through a form, we use your email address and anything you write only to reply to you or to send what you asked for. We do not sell your information. The site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
This applies to thequietai.com and thequietscribe.com. When you use a contact form, your name, email and message pass through Cloudflare, which runs the form, and Resend, which sends the emails. Resend keeps a copy of emails it sends under its own terms. Each has its own privacy policy.
Third parties
We publish to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Skool, and we use ordinary services to host this site and send email. Each of those has its own privacy policy, and what you do on them is covered by their terms.
If you book a call through the link in our reply, Calendly collects what you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us by emailing us. You can also review or remove the access any app has to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
