The situation
One person runs the whole business, and the jobs do not resemble each other — writing, design, posting, admin. Holding all of them in one head is the thing that actually breaks.
What actually happens
- You give each job its own room and write down how that job is done.
- You hand a room a short brief when you want that job done.
- It does the job inside its own room and hands the result back.
- You read the result. Every room writes down what it did, so nothing is lost between sessions.
Where it stops
A room can only change what is inside its own room. That is the first hard rule in its rule file — written so a job that goes wrong stays where it happened.
