The work·Real estate

Your Market Realtor

Five jobs an agent actually has, tuned to your own market.

The situation

An agent's week fills up with the same five jobs, and every one of them needs local knowledge a general tool does not have. Prices, streets, schools, the way deals close in your town. You end up correcting the tool more than it helps you.

What actually happens

  1. You fill in a few files about your own market — your area, your comparable sales, your list of trades you trust.
  2. You put those files, and the rest of the pack, into a new project in the AI assistant you already use.
  3. You ask it for one of the five jobs — a listing write-up, a buyer-fit read, a price band.
  4. It answers using your files first, and shows you the comparable sales it leaned on.

Where it stops

It stays out of legal and tax questions. Its own rules put that first on a list headed It won’t, and send you to your lawyer or your accountant with the question already shaped.
